The mind and the body have very close relation with each other. When we are physically ill, our mind instantly becomes sick, full of irritation, fear, depression, we avoid meeting people, we do not feel to attend to our work and vice versa when we are mentally upset our body becomes lethargic, loss of appetite, loss of sleep, indigestion and general weakness etc.

We feel healthy only when there is a balance in mental and physical health. This is possible if we follow the under mentioned tips.

This saying is very much true. We should go to bed to sleep within 9 pm to 11 pm. This would be the right time to go to bed, keeping awake till late night is very harmful for our health and mind. A sound sleep of 6 to 8 hours is necessary for our body and mind to get charged for the next day's work.

Getting up early in the morning is also equally important, drink at least 2 to 3 glasses of water in empty stomach, go for a walk or do little jogging or free hand exercises which would induce easy bowel movement, avoid having constipation as it the root cause for many diseases. If you are suffering from constipation, do not strain to pass stool forcibly, as it would give rise to problems like bleeding piles and rectum prolapse.

We all should have positive view in our life. This is possible only if we develop the habit of positive thinking, reading and watching books and magazines, TV programs and serials which make us think positive and give us optimistic approach towards the life.

The materials which give us a feeling of negativity, fear, confusion, doubts, pessimism, hatred etc. should strictly be avoided.
